Meet Kathleen Wagner, Certified Nurse Midwife at Partners in Women’s Health, as she shares her journey into women’s healthcare and her passion for supporting patients through every stage of life. Before becoming a certified nurse midwife, Kaitie worked as a NICU and labor and delivery nurse for six years before earning her master’s degree in nurse midwifery from Georgetown University. Since 2006, she has delivered more than 1,000 babies at Rose Hospital and continues to feel honored to support patients throughout pregnancy, birth, and beyond. In this introduction video, Kaitie explains the role of a certified nurse midwife and her approach to helping women feel informed, supported, and cared for through birth control decisions, pregnancy care, annual exams, and the many transitions women experience throughout their lives.
