Thoughtful Family Planning, Guided by Partnership
Choosing birth control is a personal decision that can change over time. At Partners in Women’s Health, birth control counseling is centered on education, respect, and shared decision making. Our role is to help you understand your options so you can make choices that align with your health, lifestyle, and reproductive goals.
Our Philosophy of Care
At Partners in Women’s Health, we believe birth control counseling and family planning services should be collaborative, informed, and grounded in trust. Our providers take time to listen, understand your priorities, and talk through your options so you can make decisions that align with your health, lifestyle, and reproductive goals.
Family planning care may include preventing pregnancy, planning for pregnancy in the future, spacing pregnancies, managing changing health needs, or considering permanent birth control. We offer guidance on a range of contraceptive options, including hormonal and non-hormonal methods, long-acting reversible contraception, and sterilization.
Plans are individualized, revisited over time, and shaped by your medical history, preferences, relationships, and changing life circumstances.
