Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for all appointments.
Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to reschedule and could potentially incur a $50 late show fee.
Due to the nature of obstetrics, occasional delays may occur for urgent deliveries or emergencies - we appreciate your understanding.
Please bring a valid ID and current insurance information to each visit.

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in a $50 no-show fee.
Three repeated missed, late-show or late-cancelled appointments may lead to limited scheduling or dismissal from the practice, including during pregnancy when medically appropriate.

Missed prenatal appointments may impact your care and delivery planning.
During your pregnancy, you will receive care from several providers who work closely together as a team.
Delivery will be performed by the on-call provider (our OB providers or providers that share our weekend call) at the time of labor.

Messages are typically returned within 1–2 business days. Any message left after 3PM on a business day may not be returned until the next business day.
For urgent pregnancy concerns (e.g., bleeding, severe pain, decreased fetal movement), please call our office immediately.
For assistance after hours, please call our office and you will be connected with our nurse answering service.
In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits. There are too many different policies for our office to know each and every one.
Co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances are due at the time of service.
For obstetrical care, we may collect a global maternity fee throughout your pregnancy.
Any charges not covered by insurance are the patient’s responsibility.
It is your responsibility to obtain any required referrals or authorizations.

Please allow 48–72 hours for prescription refill requests. If you are in need of a refill, please contact your pharmacy first.
Certain medications may require an appointment or follow-up prior to refill.

Patients are responsible for scheduling follow-up visits to review results when recommended.
If you have not received your results within the expected timeframe, please contact our office.
Abnormal results may require timely follow-up care.

Ultrasounds performed in our office are for medical purposes.
Images may be limited based on medical necessity, gestational age, and clinical factors.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
We are committed to a respectful, supportive environment for all patients and staff.

A parent or guardian is not required for a minor to discuss contraception or begin using a contraceptive method.

Outstanding balances must be addressed prior to future appointments unless prior arrangements are made.
Unpaid balances will be referred to a third-party collection service.
